Certification
As INTER-COURTAGE issues around 4 to 5,000 cash contracts each season, in 2000 we decided to improve the organization, drafting and monitoring of our contracts.
To that end, we asked a third party to cast a critical eye over our methods.
After 15 months of work, we obtained our ISO 9001 : 2000 certification within the following sphere of activity: "Brokerage and confirmation of business transactions involving grain, high protein oilseeds, oilseed cakes, and dehydrated plants".
Beyond the fact that INTER-COURTAGE was the 1st European broker to be awarded this certification, we wanted to emphasize the importance INTER-COURTAGE places in the principle of a job well done.
